| Afolabi Oladele - Chairman
Oladele is a Chemical Engineer with over two decades of Oil and Gas operating experience. He is a Director of the Canadian Addax Petroleum Corporation and Swiss Addax & Oryx Group amongst many other Nigerian and International Oil Exploration and Producing and Service Companies. He has held senior positions in various establishments in Nigeria, amongst them the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation from where he retired as Group Executive Director responsible for Manufacturing in June 1999. He is currently a principal in African Capital Alliance, the owners of Nigeria’s premier private equity firm, Capital Alliance Nigeria Ltd, looking after Energy investments. He also consults for a number of Europe based E& P companies operating in Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University (formerly known as University of Ife), Nigeria. He attended other Universities in France, Sweden and the USA as participant in several executive management programs. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and the Nigerian Society of Engineers. Oladele speaks French fluently.
`Tosin David Ms. Tosin David has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. She worked at Icon Limited Merchant Bankers; UBA and Citibank where her span has covered Credit, Investment & Capital market activities, as well as Human Capital Management and Administration. Ms. David is currently involved in Consulting in the area of Organization & Financial management particularly for medium sized businesses. Her publications include articles on personal & organization effectiveness and the development of HR /SME resources. In addition she facilitates in the areas of Organization / Human Resource Management; Executive Coaching, Leadership & Management; Financial Services. Ms. David serves as a Director in Moremi Travel Agency Ltd and PSTG- a training consultancy . She is also on the Advisory Board of an international SME Bank in formation and the Alpha Institute. Ms.David is a member of the publications committee of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She is also on the Board of Redeemers International Secondary School. She obtained her B.Sc from the University of Ile-Ife – now Obafemi Awolowo University , and her M.Sc from Durham University [UK]. Over the years she has attended many programs in specialist and management sectors, including the Advanced Management Program at Wharton.
Babatunde Osibodu
Babatunde Osibodu is a law graduate of the University of Lagos where he obtained his LLB (1985) and LLM (1988). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986, and in 1998, qualified as a Solicitor of The Supreme Court of England & Wales. Between 1993 and 1998, Babs, worked at the Refugee Legal Centre in London, where he was a Legal Officer, specializing in international migration and refugee law, and was renowned for his detailed knowledge of international human rights law and the case-law of the European Convention on Human Rights. In 1998, he joined Miles & Partner, but left in 2001 to become a Consultant at the firm of Addie & Co. In March 2003, he co-founded the London, law firm of Regency Solicitors, where he specializes in Commercial Law and Business and Immigration.
Jimi Adetula
Adetula is a certified Accountant and the Managing Director of Jemmtek Resources Ltd, an international leader in providing services to the Oil and Gas Industry. He is also the President and CEO of South Florida Medical Centers, Inc. He started his career at Barclays Bank Nigeria Ltd,(now Union Bank) and later joined Arthur Young & Co. as a Senior Financial Consultant. He was also Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in Loren Industries, Inc. He is a holder of numerous awards including “Who’s Who among students in American Universities & Colleges” 1977-1978, “Leadership Miami”- 1981 and recipient of “Presidential Citation”-National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education, USA.
