- LAGOS STATE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
Training of Members of Lagos State Government Executive Council.
Alpha Learning UK delivered a world class Public Speaking Masterclass for all members of the State Executive
Council.
- LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT
Training program for media correspondent. Media Skills Development program for media correspondents attached to the office of the Executive Governor
- NIGERIA POLICE FORCE
Alpha Learning in partnership with Phoenixview UK is involved in the ongoing Nigeria Police Force reforms in the area of capacity building (skill development) for officers of the NPF. Alpha Learning designed and developed a program Pro-Active policing, security wariness/crime prevention program for NPF. The first module basic surveillance scheduled to commence in September 2010 will be delivered to over 1400 police officers in three (3) phases at the NPF Detective Academy, Enugu.
- LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT (AUGUST 2007- AUGUST 2010)
Training and Professional Development for Teachers (CTPDT). Alpha Learning is the lead consultant in the design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of CTPDT skills development program for teachers in Lagos state public secondary schools. So far 1900 teachers have been trained under the program which is being rolled out for over 20,000 teachers in Lagos state secondary schools.
- LAGOS STATE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT AGENCY (LASTMA)
Leadership development training (Executive Excellence program) for zonal coordinators of Lagos state traffic management agency (LASTMA). Program covered includes Hi- impact leadership, emotional intelligence, problem solving and decision making, team building, public service delivery and stress management.
- NIGERIA LNG
Since 2007 Alpha learning has been a consultant of Nigeria NLNG in delivery of general competencies program to NLNG staff in Lagos and Bonny. Over 500 staff has been trained in wide range of “critical skills”
Alpha Learning recently concluded on Sunday “NLNG LIFE” for staff of Nigeria LNG being part of leadership Development program of NLNG leadership Academy which was set up by Alpha Learning partners, Adept Business Psychology UK.
