Henry Balogun - Founder/CEO, Alpha Learning

Alpha Learning is the culmination of an unusual, complex and diverse career of Henry Balogun.

He founded Alpha Learning in 2003 following a professional career in the private, public and non-government sector in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, covering a wide range of activities as a legal practitioner, business manager, administrator, consultant, entrepreneur and public servant.

He is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and has managed the deployment of many outstanding learning interventions for clients in private, public and non-government sector.

His penchant for innovative, qualitative, corporate learning solutions and delivery of world class training programmes remains highly visible in every aspect of solutions offerings and service delivery at Alpha Learning.

A dynamic speaker and highly respected facilitator, his presentations and workshops are exciting and informative. His areas of specialisation include leadership and management development, corporate social responsibility and business ethics.

Henry received his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, where he graduated with Honours. He has attended numerous professional development and executive programmes at various institutions around the globe including The Aspen Institute, Aspen Colorado, USA, RCM, Miami Florida, RIPA International, London, UK and Centre for Management Development (CMD) Lagos, Nigeria.
