May 2003

Appointed as exclusive reseller in Nigeria and Ghana for Business Training Videos from over 65 world class providers around the globe by Learning Resources, South Africa

May 2004

Set up AL E-Learning Business Unit
Appointed as exclusive reseller/channel partner for Net G E-learning in Nigeria.

November 2007

Appointed reseller of Skillsoft E-Learning and Net Dimensions EKP Learning Management Systems.

November 2008

Established strategic alliance with MHC International UK, specialists in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to offer CSR training and consulting in Nigeria.

Feb - April 2009

Established Strategic Alliance with Adept (Business)
Psychology UK specialists in In-House Leadership Academy/Corporate University Design & Curriculum Development as Nigerian Representative.

Established Strategic Alliance with IASeminars UK & Washington DC, specialists in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)/ International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) to offer IFRS/IPSAS Training in Nigeria.

January 2010
